Hi everyone!
So as you all know i started the 30 day ab challenge a couple of weeks ago and i am now on Day 17. Just to give you a recap go check out my post about it here.
It is seriously seriously hard once you get going and i found doing the crunches and leg raises really difficult so i cut those out just doing the sit ups and plank. But if i was feeling motivated i do 20 of the crunches and leg raises.
Today i have done 75 sit ups and a 65 second plank.
I can definitely see the improvement on my stomach and i will post a picture when my challenge is done.
I have also been doing the squat challenge and to be honest i have not found that too hard, it does get you breathless but more than anything it's just time consuming.
Just a bit of a ramble there hope you enjoyed and it got you motivated.
