Baking

Creme Egg Brownies

Ingredients

185g Unsalted Butter
185g Dark Chocolate
85g Plain Flour
40g Dark Cocoa Powder
3 Large Eggs
275g Golden Caster Sugar
6 Cadbury Creme Eggs 

Method

1. Heat oven to 160 degrees and melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave.

2. Put eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix with electric whisk.

3. Pour the chocolate mix over the eggy mousse and fold them together.

4. Sift the cocoa and flour mixture and fold into the other mixture.

5. Pour mixture into baking tray and put into oven for 15-20 minutes.

6. Once out of the oven cut the creme eggs in half and place into the brownies till sunk in then leave to cool.

These taste so amazing and even if you don't like creme eggs the brownie mixture is still so yummy please try and comment what you thought of them.
