MUA heaven and earth eye shadow palette

I have been loving eye shadow's at the moment and i really wanted a palette with just some nice neutral browny colors. So my friend recommended the Soap And Glory but they were out of stock in boots and i couldn't be bothered to wait any longer so i asked my other friend a.k.a yougottabegorgeousx and she recommended the MUA range. So i went and had a look in superdrug and found this palette:

I really love all the colors as you can really easily mix them with putting different colors into your crease. It is really product if you're just starting out with eye shadow like me. It is also and amazing £4! You can purchase this at superdrug and i will leave a link below comment anything you fancy!

Nail Polish

I thought i'd just have a chat about nail polishes because everyone weekend i like to paint my nails as im not allowed in school. And i find some nail polishes have a really nice brush and finish and some just don't. Now my least favourites are the claire's nail polishes.

These are a few of the nail polishes and i don't like them because they have a really small brush and when they've dried you can see all the brush strokes. 

My next ones i don't mind are the modelsown ones and i have this one:

It is scented and the smell is really yummy however it's not my favourite nail polish brand. I just find that it makes your nails look a bit sticky but the brush is good. 

Now my two favorite nail polish brands are the barry M collection and the rimmel collection. They both have amazing brushes and they look really good ones they've dried. I have so many but here are a few:

Topshop Jeans

So today i guess this is a bit of a random post on clothing. Now topshop is one if my favorite shops if not my favorite and all their clothing is amazing. However their jeans are my favorite pieces of clothing from this shop. They do a variety of different colours and styles.

These are just a few colors of jeans they do and these are all the same style which are my favorite. I have the purple ones.

This is the colour of them and they are soooo stretchy almost like jeggings. I also have the blue denim jeans too.

These are one these ones look like and i'd say these ones are my favorite as they're even stretchier than the purple ones. I would highly recommend these jeans and as i say they have got loads of colours and styles. Hope to update soon and will leave links to the products below.

Louise Rennison Books

So today i thought i'd do a non-beauty related post and on some books. I have to say these are the best books i've ever read and there are 10 amazing books in this series. 

These books are all so amazing and i could never choose my favourite. These books are about a teenage girl called Georgia and it's her diary. These books are hilarious and i have read them all about 3 times. They are extremely easy to read and i'd highly recommend them. Louise Rennison also did another book called Withering tights.

This book is also hilarious and it's about Georgia's cousin Tallulah. I hope you go out and buy these books and i'll leave links below. Enjoy!

Eyelash Curlers

So today I am going to be talking about eyelash curlers because i've never used eyelash curlers since about 2 years ago when i noticed my friends eyelashes being really nice and curly. I said to my mum i wanted a pair of eyelash curlers and so she got me some and i was amazed at how good they are. I use mine every day and if i don't i don't feel like my face is properly done. They are absolutely amazing and i think they make you look so much more awake. 

So my eyelash curlers look exactly the same to these and my mum used to work in a chemist so she got me some from there but i've heard some really good reviews on the models own ones. 

This is not me by the way but this is just the before and after of eyelash curling. You can get eyelash curlers in any drugstore shop, chemist and i just think they really look good especially when you've got a lot of mascara on.

Mascara's

Sorry i haven't posted in ages but i've just been so busy but anyways i'm here now so lets chat:) So I am a massive fan of mascara's and is my second favorite makeup (after concealer) and I have been trying quite a few recently so here are a few. The No7 phenomenal lashes mascara.

I thought this was going to be really rubbish because it's got a bit of a rubbish brush but it is actually quite good, it really lengthens your lashes and spreads them out well by the way these aren't my eyes.

This is the before and after and it really does look like this.

The next one is the Maybelline one by one volume express.

This one is even better then the fanomenal lashes one as it doesn't so much lengthen your lashes as much but it gives loads of volume so if you were looking for a lengthening mascara i wouldn't recommend this but overall it's amazing.

My next one is the Maybelline Rocket Volume mascara.

Now this is my most favorite mascara ever and i am using it at the moment. It does basically everything a mascara should have, lengthens and volumises all in one go. It literally keeps on lengthening every time you brush it onto the lashes and this would be my most recommended.

Peanut Butter Slice

 

I don't know about you guys but I have a massive obsession with peanut butter and will spread it on my toast all the time. So when my mum first made this recipe I fell in love with it and so has everyone else so I thought I'd share with all you guys.

Ingredients

340g smooth peanut butter

3oz butter

4 table spoons of syrup

8 bars of 6 cubed milk chocolate bars

1 packet of digestive biscuits

Method

1. Crush the digestive biscuits.

2. Melt the peanut butter, butter and syrup together in a pan.

3. Once melted pour the mixture into the crushed digestives and mix together.

4. Put digestive mixture into a baking tray and put in the fridge.

5. Put a tiny bit of boiled water in a pan with a glass bowl in and melt the chocolate in that.

6. Once the mixture has set quite well take out of the fridge and pour the chocolate mix over the top, place in the fridge to set again.

Johnsons Holiday Skin Moisturiser

 

 

To be very honest I do no particularly like this product. Because it's been warmer weather lately and I've been getting my shorts out I wanted a bit of a tan. I didn't want an actual fake tanner and I had heard that these gradual tanners were quite good, especially the Johnson's one so I decided I'd give it a try.

 

It does take a couple of days to work and as it gets going it's quite a nice golden colour but after 4-5 days and was doing p.e and realised my knees and a streak down my leg was very orange. I asked my mum and she said her skin was a bit orange too. It is a very nice moisturiser as my skin was very smooth but not a good tanner.

 

I would definitely not recommend this to anybody because I thought it might look different on other skin tones but my mum is quite a bit darker than me and she still went orange. I've heard that the Garnier Summer  Body lotion is quite nice but rubs off on your sheets a little.
